This means our driver/guide can focus their energy on you completely, and be extra flexible to accommodate your needs and preferences much more than on any other type of tour.

In most places, you cannot be completely alone, since there are other people present when visiting most tourist attractions. But if you want, there are also possibilities to arrange private tours of those for an extra cost.

Yes. Our primary goal is to accommodate our client’s needs. This means that if and when you want to experience Slovenia more privately, we’ll give you some space to enjoy it in all its beauty.

We can pick you up anywhere you are staying at — your hotel, apartment, the airport. Any location in Slovenia is possible, just inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

There are plenty of different options for you to choose from. We’ll be sure to recommend some excellent locations where you could try some delicious local cuisine or anything else you prefer at that moment.

There are, but it depends on where you are located at that moment. There are plenty of options for you in the cities, but the countryside might be more limited — they might only have vegetarian options. If you inform us in advance, we will find a suitable place to eat for you on any day of the trip to the best of our ability.

That depends on the season and the destinations on our private tour. We will make sure to inform you about this in advance. Depending on the weather forecast, we will also recommend extra clothes. For example, if we’re going to the Alps or to the caves, it could be chillier, which means it is nice to have an extra warm layer with you. And of course, take your favourite swimming gear if we are planning to visit the coastline.

After we communicate all of your wishes and expectations with you, we’ll provide you with an estimate of all anticipated costs. They depend mainly on the number of guides/drivers you’ll need, how much time will the tour take, and any tickets/entrance fees. The private tour can be everything from a value-priced journey to a luxurious and extravagant Slovenia private tour. It all depends on you.

We don’t have any limits on the sizes of groups. It depends on how many people are in your group. We can either arrange to have multiple vans, or even a bus if needed.

Of course not. We’ll make sure that your itinerary is family-friendly and adjusted to you. If you need a safety seat for your child, inform us in advance. We can also arrange some extra fun activities for your children, so you can enjoy some stress-free time with your spouse.

We can adapt to anything the weather throws at us. That is one of the main advantages of going on a private tour — great adaptability and flexibility. If the weather prevents us from visiting certain places, we’ll be sure to find equally or even more interesting ones.

We provide partial refunds if you cancel more than 30-days before the planned start of the tour. If you want, you can also buy one of our cancellation insurances, which would make you eligible for a full refund in case of cancellation. You can read more about this under our Terms of Service.

There is a possibility to arrange for you a guide who speaks your language. This option depends on their availability and the dates of your private tour, so we kindly ask you to inform us of this wish as soon as possible.

Anything that is in our hands is flexible. We can do more or less sightseeing, stay at some places for a longer time, or just quickly zoom past it if you find it less interesting than expected — we can change the itinerary in any way possible. Still, the sooner you tell us any of your wishes about the itinerary, the better we can prepare different options for you.

In principle, yes. Although we will try our best, we cannot guarantee you to arrive on time for any of your next obligations (start of the next tour, meet up at the pickup point etc.) We recommend that you inform us in advance, so we can prepare the tour in a way that is better tailored to your plans after the trip.

There is no fixed timeframe for our tours. After communicating with you about your wishes for this tour, we’ll propose a plan and a timeframe that suits your needs. The tour can take just half of your day (approx. 6 hours) or a full day (approx. 10 hours), but it can also be extended to multiple days if you wish.

They can be. For some attractions, it’s good to book well in advance, which means we will include them in the price. But to keep the tours as flexible as possible in case you change your mind, we can also buy tickets on the spot. We’ll inform you about these options during the booking process.
